Fontaine reflections

This image was made hand held with an exposure of over a second. I made several different exposures and each was quite different as the wind blew the tree branch differently and the water swirled in a different way. This stood out as being the best image by a long way. It is a fine example of how when making images of chaotic subjects with many variables at play - wind, light, moving water in this case - the outcome simply become too difficult to predict when using an LF camera. I hate to think what my film bill might have been.
